2026

June -- While Jon Schermer was on vacation, Brian Richardson filled the trombone chair. Tim Price joined on reeds during June, and Chris Bradley and Rich Newcomb covered on cornet. Also filling in on banjo during June: Verlene Schermer, Jeff Green, and Lisa Gonick, and Michael Schwartz on guitar. We're fortunate to have so many wonderful musicians to play with from week to week!

 In May, several guests played with the band including: Rich Newcomb on alto trombone and pocket trumpet, John Cababianco on trumpet and tuba, Joe Murphey on tuba, and  two of Joe's students: Gabriel Basil on piano, and Lucas Salinas on alto sax. Join us on the 2nd Tuesdays of each month for the Vintage Jazz Jam!
